If I Were…

I’m working on a post that’s on the deep side, and it’s not quite finished, so for today I’m going to keep on the light side, with some more FUN. (Speaking of FUN, wasn’t yesterday’s game just a blast? I had such a good time I’m thinking of playing variations of that game once a week!)

So, in an effort to know yourself and your tribe mates a little better, we’re going to play another game.

I play a version of this at the parties and workshops I host, and it gives everyone a chance to know more about a person, again, through symbols and icons. It’s called “If I Were” and it’s a rapid-fire Q&A. Don’t think too much about it. Just copy the text, and complete the sentences.

If you get stumped on a particular line, just delete it and move on. The idea is to jam with the first thing that comes to mind. And if something makes you think too long, it’s food for thought, but doesn’t need to be included in your submission. The whole thing should take 10 minutes or less.

This gives you a way to view the fabric of your soul through signs and symbols, and also lets the others in the tribe know if they’re sitting next to a phoenix, a mermaid, a dragon or a wizard.
