Cathedral and cottage shopping in Scotland – what are the next steps?

Saw another house today. I know. I know. I’m so in love with the first house I have eyes for none other – unless it’s a cathedral, or a castle. But we must invest due diligence. Why? Cuz getting the fairy tale (first house we viewed) is a l-o-n-g shot. This thing right here!? It’s called a sunset! And it’s happening in Scotland. We bought a pizza and went down to the waterfront to socially distance ourselves. We took our masks off to smile for you. And to shove pizza in our mouths. And beer. I’ll never take the sun for granted again.
